Sandwich in the subway

Health is quite an issue these days especially now that the world has been ever unpredictable when it comes to climate and it affects us on how we do in our daily activities.Today people are more aware about themselves and mostly concerned about other things except for their health condition.People are now being aware of their risks as they grow old and the daily needs of the body that involves proper Nutrition.
It was days ago when my family and I happened to go to SM mega mall. While we were looking for a place to eat we saw this restaurant named Subway. We just find the reataurant unique and nice to hang out. We decided to dine and taste their food. There are many choices of bread,toppings,sauces and side desserts that are only available in Subway. Bread varieties include honey wheat,whole wheat,white plain and others.The mains of the sandwich are as follows: chicken, ham, and plain veggie.Toppings and sauces include tomato,lettuce,basil,carrots,beetroot,cucumber,garlic,onions, ranch sauce,vinegrette, sweet sour sauce and barbecue.
When my family and I ate there in Subway SM Megamall, it seemed like the cost of one sandwich would tear my wallet out but without a second glance with the price list, it is quite cheap for a 6 inch sandwich meal with all the toppings that you want in it.Imagine they have a combo meal for only 99 pesos and the ones with special toppings for example steak and pizza flavors are for 125 to 150 pesos. The sandwich that I had was so yummy that I ordered 2 of the best selling sandwiches. One was the ham sandwich with all the veggies and ranch sauce in it and the second one was the chicken sandwich that has the best grilled chicken on it. It might not be fulling for some but for me it's just an enough at the same time healthy stomach-filling meal.
I loved the experience of switching to a clean living mode and being aware of the health benefits of being careful in what we intake in our daily lives especially by eating vegetables and cutting down on fatty foods which causes health risks or hazards in the end or as we grow older.
